Tom has been investing for the last 23 years and has been actively involved in buying, rehabbing, selling and managing real estate.  Real estate gurus have been knocking on Tom’s door trying to figure out how he managed to do so well… Tom is closing more deals than many other really well-known gurus!

Tom figured out, after much trial and error, a fine tuned method of having wholesalers call him with deals that they would let him have for 50-60% of the fair market value (these don’t cost Tom a penny) and they give Tom enough time to promote an easy 2 day auction. Tom found that he can generally sell the property for somewhere between 70-80% of fair market value at lightning speed!

Tom started to teach others to do this! The good news is if you don’t sell the house using his methods, no harm/no fowl. You don’t have to carry it, because You don’t own it!
